About Prescriptions:
Please visit an eye care professional. Eye doctors are required by law to give you your eyeglasses prescription after the exam, enabling you to buy glasses wherever you want.
An eyeglass prescription is an order written by an eyewear prescriber, such as an optometrist or ophthalmologist, that specifies the value of all parameters the prescriber has deemed necessary to construct and/or dispense corrective lenses appropriate for a patient. [ Read more.. ]

About Frames:
We offer full, semi-rimless, and rimless frames. The materials of the frames include plastic, metal (stainless steel), and titanium.
Our Virtual Tryon tool allows you see how different types of frames match different face types of models. An enhanced version is coming soon that will allow you to upload and Virtual Tryon with your own photo.
The frames need to have sufficient height in order to support bifocal or progressive lenses.
About Lenses:
We offer lightweight CR39 and polycarbonate plastic lenses. The lenses that we use are of excellent quality that meet the U.S. (FDA) and European (CE) standards. We have supplied lenses to the Japanese market for more than 15 years and have a good reputation.
We offer lenses with various refractory indexes. If you have a high prescription power, a higher lens index number is recommended so that it will give you a thinner lens.
Yes, we carry Photochromic lenses that darken and lighten according to exposure to sunlight (ultraviolet/UV radiation).
All lenses come with anti-scratch coating for free. We also provide optional UV coating and anti-reflective coating for lenses.
Yes, we offer color tints in grey, green, brown, purple, blue, pink, and yellow with 10%, 50%, and 80% tint for each color.
About Shipping & Delivery:
We offer a standard shipping and handling option for $5.95. Free shipping on orders $100 and over.
It usually takes 8 - 10 business days for your package to be delivered.
After your order is shipped, you can track the order by going to the order that you'd like to track in "My Account" and click the tracking number by that order.

We do not accept insurance. However, some insurance companies might reimburse your expenses if you provide a copy of the invoice. Please contact your insurance company for details.
A sales invoice is enclosed in the shipment. To reprint the invoice, go to “My Account” from the upper right utility navigation. Under "Order Information" click "View" by the order to see the invoice and click the printer icon to print it out.

Return Policy:
At OpticalNext, we guarantee the quality of our eyeglasses 100%! If you are not happy with your glasses, simply contact us for a refund or return.
The Returns process requires the customer in question to contact us to obtain a Return Product Authorization (RMA), before the product can be sent back. To request for a RMA, please visit the "Contact Us" page.
In the event that a customer has made an error while placing the order, or if he/she has changed their mind about an item, it is possible to return the product for a 50% refund to the credit card used, or a full refund in store credit if another product is purchased within the next 30 days.
If a product is being returned, it must include the original packaging and case, along with the cleaning cloth in ‘new’ condition. Any and all shipping and handling expenditure will NOT be refunded.
