Any order placed can be canceled within a short pending period. After such pending period, the customer needs to follow the Return process and policy to terminate an order.
The Returns process requires the customer in question to contact us to obtain a Return Product Authorization (RMA), before the product can be sent back. To request for a RMA, please visit the page "Contact Us".
In the event that a customer has made an error while placing the order, or if he/she has changed their mind about an item, it is possible to return the product for a 50% refund to the credit card used, or a full refund in store credit if another product is purchased within the next 30 days.
If a product is being returned, it must include the original packaging and case, along with the cleaning cloth in ‘new’ condition. Any and all shipping and handling expenditure will NOT be refunded.
